From a camera to infinity

Andy Warhol

the first name I found in my head when I think about modern art and design is the name of Andy Warhol.
the icon of american art of the second half of 20th century.
Warhol's art encompassed many forms of media, including hand drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, silk screening, sculpture, film, and music. He was also a pioneer in computer-generated art using Amiga computers that were introduced in 1984, two years before his death. He founded Interview Magazine and was the author of numerous books, including The Philosophy of Andy Warhol and Popism: The Warhol Sixties. He is also notable as a gay man who lived openly as such before the gay liberation movement. His studio, The Factory, was a famous gathering place that brought together distinguished intellectuals, drag queens, playwrights, Bohemian street people, Hollywood celebrities, and wealthy patrons.

Why i choose him as an example?
First of all, his art works are so colourful. In my opinion, the bright colours could be a key of the success work.
Secondly, it can be said that using the photos of very popular persons in mass media could be second idea which i can use in the future.

If we look at the wiki that the pop art is we will have this text:

Pop art presented a challenge to traditions of fine art by including imagery from popular culture such as advertising, news, etc. In Pop art, material is sometimes visually removed from its known context, isolated, and/or combined with unrelated material. The concept of pop art refers not as much to the art itself as to the attitudes that led to it.

The idea of using some po-pu-lar ideas and trends, making money on things which are well-known nowadays - that principe used Andy in his works and life.
